This year to celebrate Mexico's Independence Day, we went with the Thomsons to the authentic Mexican Restaurant "Taco Taco" to have lunch. It was delicious! We then went to a park to let the kids hit the pinata.
The next day we had our own Mexican dinner - Tamales, chips and salsa, rice, bean dip, pina flavored pop, and flan.
We are so grateful Daddy had the chance to serve his mission in Mexico and that we get to celebrate this holiday with him!
