Jeff and his Dad drove the truck out to Virginia. We are so grateful for his help in the move!
Aliyah and I flew out to meet them there. Aliyah was so good on the plane!
And she loved the shuttle we took in the airport. She got so excited when it took off. It made me laugh so hard!
She loved the take off and landing. She wanted to watch the whole thing through the window. Good thing we had the window seat!
She loved the bumps and all the attention everyone gave her on the flight. She is now a seasoned traveler.
What a cute girl and travel buddy! Jeff and his Dad picked us up at the airport and took us to our new apartment. To be continued...

Yes my turtle works LONG DISTANCE! But oh man what a bad friend am I! You were here all summer and I only saw you once. Can we blame it on the fact that we were both busy :) I am so sorry! Next time I'm in your town we will get together! Cute blog post by the way. I love how much that little gal of yours smiles. Happy like her mom! Good luck getting all settled. Perhaps one day I will call and we can chat. (Don't hold your breath though-cause its me...)
That's so cute! I'm glad you guys got there safely! I'm so glad Aliyah liked it. Not to brag or anything, but I've been on a plane about 10 times and each time it's a thrill!! I never ever get sick of going on one. We moved a lot and far away from home so we'd fly to see family. Good luck!
So so so CUTE. Aliyah is such a doll. I love her excited face in the stroller at the airport. It looks like you guys have had a really fun summer. I love your family pictures they turned out great!
