On a cooler morning, we went to the park with our friends Preston and Holly.
Aliyah loves playgrounds. She loves climbing up and down the stairs more than sliding down the slide. She also loves swings.
This is Aliyah walking back from our Leasing Office with a cookie in her hand. They have complimentary cookies there, so anytime we go, Aliyah walks right up and asks for a cookie. The office lady likes Aliyah and always says "yes".
They have free summer kid movies at a local theater. I thought it would be perfect opportunity to take Aliyah to see how she would do with a movie at a theater. We went to see Charlotte's Web. We were able to watch about 50 minutes of it (in 15-20 min increments). It might be awhile until we try taking her again (or to one that we have to pay for)! It was still fun to take her to her first movie!
Here she is being silly. She thought it was funny that her spoon got stuck in her play kitchen spice container and she carried it around in her mouth all that day. "1-2-3 Silly Aliyah!"
We colored some puppets that Grandma Thomson sent with fabric crayons. She liked to color the monkey's cheeks and nose.
Aliyah loves to play in boxes ("bock").
She also likes to make sure Tigger and Pooh play in there too.

Aliyah is so dang cute! I love all the fun and silly things kids do they are just adorable!
